Composer Arranger, Trumpet & Trombone Player, Music Producer
Stephen Tirpak “The Pak Man” plays trumpet, trombone and piano.
This multi-talented composer, arranger and performer from the Philadelphia area has written and recorded for some of the hottest names in music today including: Erykah Badu, P. Diddy, The Roots, LL Cool J, Will Smith, R. Kelly, Boyz II Men, Vivian Green, Notorious B.I.G, Gerald Levert, Mindi Abair, Kindred, Young Gunz and Jay-Z.
Stephen is currently the horn section leader and arranger for the John Legend Band where he has played both the trumpet and trombone chairs over the past 2 years.
Stephen is well-versed in many styles of music including: Jazz, R&B, Classical, Salsa, Gospel, Hip-Hop, Bossa Nova, and Pop.
He is also the owner of Tirpak Studio where he works as the chief engineer and producer.
