Stephen Tirpak is a professional arranger who writes music for live musicians. Learning the tricks of the trade from mentor and friend Larry Gold, Stephen has worked on albums and movies with artists such as: John Legend, Kid Cudi, The Roots, Corinne Bailey Rae, Puff Daddy, R. Kelly, Will Smith, Jill Scott, LL Cool J, Boyz II Men, Mindi Abair, Vivian Green and many others.

Stephen conducts and produces his arrangements at Larry Gold’s “The Studio” with the best musicians in the Philadelphia and New York area, many of whom are members of the Philadelphia Chamber Orchestra, Pennsylvania Ballet and even the Grammy award winning Spanish Harlem Orchestra.

Creative and soulful, yet sensitive to exactly what the track needs, Stephen's arrangements breathe new life and add a greater sense of direction that truly ties the entire song together.
